- Return and exchange policy:
In line with our policy that prioritizes customer satisfaction, all purchases made through Sidr Al Khaleej store are subject to return or exchange within 3 days from the date of their arrival to you. This also applies to purchases that are damaged or defective, as well as purchases received in error.
- Product return steps:

Our representative will take notes and assign a specialized courier company to arrange for the products to be received by you.
- How to refund:
The customer can recover the amount through the primary payment method and the official methods.
- The products whose value is paid through the credit card through the site or through point of sale devices according to the (payment upon receipt) system, they are retrieved again through the same card.
- With regard to orders paid in cash or with Saudi network cards (mada), according to the (Pay on Delivery) system, the amount will be returned via bank transfer.
(Refunds include the full value of the product only, excluding shipping fees and any customs fees paid for importation, as well as additional fees charged by the customer's credit card service provider.)
The refund process takes 5 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
