Where we ship

We ship orders from Jeddah to all cities in Saudi Arabia and to most countries worldwide.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. They vary by destination and order value.

Estimated delivery times

• Within Saudi Arabia: 3 to 5 business days.
• GCC and other countries: 5 to 14 business days.

Delivery times start from the date your order is confirmed and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country. These are paid by the customer.
