Products

• We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colour or appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or the production batch.
• Use products according to the instructions on them, and keep them out of the reach of children and away from heat.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.
• We may accept, decline or cancel an order, including when a product is unavailable, its price was listed in error, or the order appears suspicious. In that case, the full amount paid is refunded.
• Prices may change. Promotions are temporary, and we may change or end them.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

These are governed by our shipping policy, return and exchange policy and cancellation policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Intellectual property

All store content, including text, designs, images and logos, is owned by Sedr Al-Khaleej Perfumes. Our authorised distributors and partners may use it to market our products.

Inspired fragrances

Some of our perfume oils are inspired by well-known fragrances. We use the words "Inspired by" in their names only to describe the character of their scent. These perfumes are not made by the owners of those brands and are not identical to their fragrances, and we have no affiliation, partnership or licence with them.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any harm resulting from misuse of the products or from not following their instructions for use.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes take effect from the date they are published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If this translation differs from the Arabic text, the Arabic text prevails.
