Sedr Al-Khaleej Rewards
Sedr Al-Khaleej Rewards gives you one point for every riyal you spend in our store, and extra points when you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or review something you bought. Once your balance reaches 300 points, you can redeem them for a discount coupon.
How to earn points
You earn one point for every riyal of your purchase. Points are counted on the order total after any discount. You also earn 150 points for creating an account and 100 points for subscribing to the newsletter. A review earns 100 points, and another 100 if you add a photo. Reviews count only for products you bought.
If an order is refunded in full or in part, or cancelled, its points are deducted.
Redeeming points
You redeem your points from the rewards panel in your account, and the discount is applied at checkout. Each coupon has a minimum order value:

A SAR 300 order at the Silver tier earns you 300 points, enough for a SAR 15 coupon on an order of SAR 120.
A coupon can be combined with product discounts and shipping discounts, but not with another discount on the whole order.
Tiers
Your tier depends on how much you have spent in our store over the last 12 months, counting from 28 September 2026. Silver is open to every member and has no benefits beyond points on purchases.

Points expiry
Your balance resets to zero if 12 months pass without earning or redeeming points.
