Refund policy
Your satisfaction matters to us at Sedr Al-Khaleej Perfumes. You can return or exchange your purchases as follows:
1. Return and exchange period
Within 7 days of receiving your order, for any reason, even if the product is not defective, as long as it meets the conditions below. This applies to orders within Saudi Arabia; orders shipped outside the Kingdom are covered by section 3.
2. Conditions
- The product is unopened and unused.
- It is in its original packaging with all its accessories and labels.
- You provide the order number or invoice.
3. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Perfumes, perfume oils, mukhallat and oud oil once opened.
- Bakhoor and oud once their packaging is opened.
- Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia, except for manufacturing defects or items sent in error.
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will replace it with the same product or refund its value, and we will cover the shipping cost.
5. How to return an item
You can request a return in two ways: from your account, by signing in, opening the order and requesting a return from it, or by contacting us with your order number. We will then explain how to send the product back. Our returns team will check it on arrival to confirm that it meets the conditions.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within up to 14 business days of your return being accepted.
- For returns that are not due to a defect or an error, the customer pays the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fees are not refunded.
