Orders and shipping
When will my order arrive?
Within Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
GCC and other countries: 5–14 business days.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order from the "My orders" page in your account, or contact us on WhatsApp at +966 55 220 5500 during working hours.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes, we ship to the GCC and most countries worldwide. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Any customs duties in the destination country are paid by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it ships, by contacting us. Once it has shipped, it can be returned under our return policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Returns and refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Perfumes, perfume oils, mukhallat, oud oil, bakhoor and oud cannot be returned once opened, unless they are damaged, defective or were sent in error. Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects or items sent in error. Return and exchange policy
How do I request a return?
Sign in to your account, open the order and request a return from it. Or message us on WhatsApp at +966 55 220 5500 during working hours with your order number. We will then explain the return steps.
When will I get my refund?
Within up to 14 business days of receiving and accepting the returned product, to the original payment method. Shipping fees are refunded only if the product was damaged, defective or sent in error.
Our store and customer service
Are your products original?
Yes. Sedr Al-Khaleej Perfumes is a Saudi perfume house founded in southern Saudi Arabia in 2001, and most of the products in our store are made in our factory in Jeddah. Our perfume oils named "Inspired by" are inspired by well-known fragrances and are not made by the owners of those brands.
How do I get the review discount?
After your order arrives, we send you a message inviting you to review your purchase. You get 10% off for a review, or 15% if you add a photo or video. The discount is for verified buyers, applies to orders of SAR 150 or more, and can be used once within 30 days.
